You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Nonsubg Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
