When we link you with a provider, we are not vouching for that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, or results of their work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to take your job at a set time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, and conduct.

What we say about permits, HOA rules, and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA, and your provider.
