About Nonsubg Concrete and How Referrals Work

What we are

Nonsubg Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners reach independent concrete providers. That is all we do.

We do not pour concrete. We do not send workers. We do not set prices. Providers do the work.

Why this site exists

Finding a concrete provider takes time. You search, read, make calls, and wait for replies. Many people give up halfway.

We built this site to cut that down. Reach out, share a few details, and we can connect you with a provider in our network. You skip the long hunt and get to the real talk about your project.

How matching works

You reach out by phone or send a request. We look at what you need and where you live. Then we route you to a provider in our network who may serve your area.

Coverage varies from town to town and from season to season. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Answer homeowner questions in a polite way
  • Give a clear written quote
  • Explain the plan before work starts
  • Follow local rules and permit needs

Each provider is responsible for their own work, licenses and insurance. Ask to see proof before you hire.

What we do not do

  • We do not do the concrete work.
  • We do not set your price.
  • We do not promise a schedule.
  • We do not handle repairs to finished work or customer service for a past job.

This site is for new concrete projects, such as a driveway or patio. If your project is something else, a provider can tell you whether it is a fit.

How we are paid

Homeowners pay us nothing to be connected. A provider in our network may pay a fee for a referral. That fee does not change your quote, and you are never required to hire anyone.

We tell you this plainly because you should know how the service works before you use it.

Plan before you pour

A good slab starts with a good plan. Think about size, slope, drainage and finish. Cold winters, deep frost and spring flooding make this extra important in Ohio.

Ask the provider how they will handle each one. Get the answers in writing.

It also helps to walk your property first. Note where water runs after rain, where the old surface cracks, and where cars or guests will park or walk. Share those notes with the provider. They help the provider give you a quote that fits the real job, not a guess.
